Happy New Year….so i decide to take a hike with my trusty companion Nya Starr in the woods of Garrett Mountain today in 17 degree weather which felt like 1 degree with the wind chill! guess what?  it felt totally fantastic!….it’s all about layering…i even left the main layer in the car…once you get walking  you get warm immediately…i say it all the time, walking in the outdoors and especially in cold like this really relives stress…and so much cheaper than a psychiatrist…lots of fun and content filled vids coming for the new year and make sure you go to the music mixes page…im still working on it but you can listen to some slammin’ music right now from my many good friends that happen to be  very talented individuals
